Laya is a gourmet restaurant with an East-meets-West story. Dishes by Executive Chef Klaus Weingaertner and his team feature continental flavors as well as Filipino favorites, and are complemented by an international wine list.
Interiors lend a touch of history, featuring antique collections and memorabilia featuring Philippine National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.
The main dining area is a warm and welcoming setting, where meals are taken unhurriedly and in good company. A private function room is adjacent to the restaurant. Patrons can dine al fresco at the patio and enjoy a panoramic view of the forest and ocean.
